Fruit Cake

We also do a delicious rich fruit cake infused with French Brandy. Our fruit cakes are filled with brandy soaked raisins, sultanas, currants, cherries, apricots and almonds. Fruit cakes are matured for a minimum of 4 weeks whilst being fed with French Brandy then covered in marzipan and fondant.
